BlueBox™ Access Point

BlueBox™ is a WLAN Bluetooth Integration Server that enables the H50 Wireless Terminal with Bluetooth™ module to integrate wirelessly in to PMS / POS systems and IP networks. Designed especially for secure payment transaction routing, its Class 1, 2.1+EDR Bluetooth radio is able to host up to 35 terminals of which 7 may simultaneously perform transactions up to 100 meters away.

Network connectivity is available through a standard 10/100 Ethernet port and optionally can be connected to a wireless network by installing a third party WiFi or GPRS adapter. System Integrators and third party developers will enjoy its rich set of development tools including its embedded Linux™ operating system, 16MB of Flash memory, SDK, and remote configuration and management. Its high level connectivity makes it the ideal product for WLAN communication with the H50 Wireless Bluetooth™ Terminal.
